During my work with Amazon, I helped the AWS Supply Chain team explore how the first version of Amazon Q, Amazon’s AI assistant, could support teams managing large supply chain operations. The platform helped teams track issues across demand, inventory, factories, shipping and store-level movement at a massive scale. The challenge was not just adding AI into the interface, but identifying where it could meaningfully support teams managing hundreds of thousands of issues and insights every day.

I explored concepts for demand prediction, supply movement scenarios, insight discovery and smarter filtering inside large, data-heavy tables. I also contributed to the design system by reworking design tokens and components, working closely with developers to keep the experience scalable for the first release.
