During my work with Amazon, I helped the AWS Supply Chain team explore how the first version of Amazon Q, Amazon’s AI assistant, could become useful inside a product built for managing large supply chain operations. The platform helped teams track issues across demand, inventory, factories, shipping and store-level movement at a massive scale. The challenge was not just adding AI into the interface, but finding where it could actually help users dealing with hundreds of thousands of issues and insights every day.
I worked on concepts for demand prediction, supply movement scenarios, insight discovery and smarter filtering inside large, data-heavy tables. I also contributed to the design system by reworking design tokens and components, working closely with developers to keep the experience scalable for the first release.
