Hiring was the space, but the product was really about helping both sides move through the process faster. The first version worked like a modern recruiting platform for recruiters and people applying to jobs, combining job discovery, candidate profiles, AI interviews and phone conversations inside the app. The challenge was shaping two sides of the experience at once. The product had to be useful for recruiters managing candidates, while still feeling approachable for people going through the hiring process. I led the design direction and designed the first versions of both the mobile and web platforms.

Later, the web app evolved into more of an AI recruiting agent that could search for candidates based on requirements, help source talent, schedule emails, manage outreach sequences and move recruiters through the hiring process faster.
