What started as a general idea became a full AI support agent for Crisp. The goal was to help teams answer customer questions, use company knowledge, hand conversations back to human agents and reduce the amount of support tickets handled manually. The challenge was making the product feel trustworthy and approachable, especially in a space already shaped by products like Intercom’s Fin. As the only designer in the company, I worked closely with the cofounders, CTO and CMO, shaping the full design direction from logo and brand work to website design and product experience.
The team worked toward launch for six months and Hugo became Product of the Day on Product Hunt. What made the work exciting was designing something from almost nothing, then seeing it become part of a product used by 250M users around the world.
